• PRO-CUT Series CNC Profile Cutting Machines are Ruggedly build to last long. Aerodynamic design made out of High Quality Rectangular box section.
  • All four sided Grinded ARCOR Processed Guide Rails in combination with latest AC Digital Servo machine provides Sharp Acceleration, Deceleration, Zero Back Lash, Dynamic Braking, Antiskew due to Synchronized Dual Drive, Finely cut Profiles with Sharp edges.
• Complete Auto Cycle for Gas Cutting Automatic Ignition, Pre-heat, Ease of Pierce, Lead in, Cut Start, Cut Finish Lead Out etc.
  • Automatic cutting of nested pattern reduce dependence on operator skill.
  • High quality Gas cutting Torch, along with Flash Back Arrestors, associated Gas Control Solenoid Valves ensure safety and repeatability.
  • Optionally provide automatic torch height control to compensate for undulation or waviness in plate top. This accessory further reduces requirement of skill and ends up making Gas Cutting as Child’s play.
• PRO-CUT CNC Controller provide Full Auto Cycle for Plasma Cutting, when Plasma mode is selected IHS System set Initial Height Setting of Plasma Torch.
  • Arc on, Pierce Cut Sense, Lead in start Cut, cut over, lead out Torch up etc.
  • Plasma Arc Height is settable in mm from Automatic AVC Torch Height Controller.
  • AVC System is PLC based and uses precise Servo Drive for faster response.
  • Plasma Torch is mounted on Anti-Collision Torch Holder.
